Both times I have been impressed with the professionalism of the staff and the kind way each of them treated me ... an eighty-four years old lady with health challenges. I especially enjoyed chatting with the shuttle driver as he drove me to and fron KFC for my lunch.

Difficult to schedule service as you now have to deal with AI, which is disappointing as I appreciate having the ability to speak with someone while deciding what I need. Adrian was fine as an advisor. Special shout out to Jason F (I believe, I can’t remember his name-but he drives a Tacoma and helped me with my raptor lights by making the techs use a fender cover). He is amazing and I will be making note to schedule with him in the future.
First of all, my name is Lori Worley NOT Lori Daniel, which is what was on the text message I received. The only complaint I have is the service took tooo long. I had an appointment for 7:00 am for a tire rotation and I was waiting for my vehicle. I arrived and checked in at 6:55 with Mike Estrada, who is ALWAYS great, thats why I only deal with him. I bought my car in Key West. I’ve done service there, National City and Temecula. BY FAR the best place. They send you videos of your car, they make sure you understand everything going on, shuttle driver is super friendly. Robert Ames 10/10 - this ppl made me a Toyota customer. Less than hour for an oil change and multi point inspection while I waited for my Rav4 . Robert Ames kept me informed with a video and thoroughly explained their findings. I truly appreciate a service department I can trust with my vehicle.
Took my 2024 Tundra here for service, oil change and tire rotation was done good but one of the letters on my tailgate was coming off. Was told they would use adhesive to fix but ended up using two sided tape. When I asked about replacing letters was told that it was not covered, truck is less than 2 years old, very disappointed!!
I took my truck last Tuesday at 10am for the 10k mile service, the lady Soshi from the service department encountered me in a really professional manner, however when I took my truck last Tuesday from the Toyota station I did not inspect it because I was confident that it had been serviced properly, went to work afterwards then headed home, the following day in the morning I proceeded to check my tire pressure and overall appearance, I found out some black grease stains on the paint which surprised me since they have done a car wash, then the worst ... I am very impressed with this dealership. I live in the foothills. As there was a factory recall they needed to work on it for a few hours. I was given a ride to my home by a very personable young man who also came back to my home and gave me a ride back to the dealership. This is the 3rd time I have gone to them for service. I feel like they always take very good care of me. I think they may have even washed my car?

Brought my vehicle in for 120k service on a Saturday morning. Despite my concern it would take a while, I stayed and was driving out the bay about 2 hours later. Didn’t even have to take advantage of the shuttle service they provide. During the service they texted me a link of a video showing the filters and the status of some other items under the hood. In summary, Alexander Toyota discusses with the customer as to what needs to be done, does quality work, and keeps their customers informed. Highly recommend.
Hector my service advisor always goes above and beyond, I have purchased two vehicles brand new from this dealership.
The customer service at this place is completely nonexistent. They make customers feel like they’re doing them a favor. Every visit is the same frustrating and disappointing experience. Regrettably, I had the prepaid plan, but once it’s over, I’m taking my business elsewhere where I feel respected and valued. If you can avoid this service department, please do so!

Service Adv Mike Estrada is always great to deal with. I would like to give a shout out the my mechanic as well, especially since his name is not on the paperwork. Been going here for 12 yrs. They always get me back out pretty quick, and i have never had any issues with the work they do. These nizzins rock my Yotas!

Service was fast. My service advisor was friendly. Just one negative thing I was advised that I the coolant was low. So I okay a top off. They gave me the container with remaining coolant. But it was at 3/4 or more full. Next time I will buy my own fluids to “top off “. Very expensive and my car did not need that much.
